With the blink of an eye, another three months of fun-filled activities have passed. We believed that through these activities (listed in this issue), the Boys have gained much knowledge and enjoyment. Also, many more exciting programs are being planned out for the Boys in the coming months. Let us look forward to these activities together.

It was indeed an eye-opener for the Boys as they barbecued for the first time. There was a great variety of food for the Boys to select from. The Boys truly enjoyed themselves during this BBQ.

12th January was a memorable day for all the BB Boys in Singapore as it was the founding of The Boys' Brigade in Singapore.
On this day, our Boys wore their BB full uniform proudly to school. President S R NATHAN, President of Singapore and Patron of The Boys' Brigade in Singapore wrote The Boys' Brigade message.
Miss Rosalind Chia, Principal of First Toa Payoh Primary School, read the message during the assembly period.

13 Boys were selected to participate in this year National Bible Quiz Competition. We are awarded the Bronze Honor Roll for this competition.
In addition, the company has rewarded the participants with a movie treat the following week for their efforts put in.

| | We had our BB Week from 24th March to 7th April. During this period, the Officers and Boys were given BB Week cards to seek donation from friends and relatives. A percentage of the donation collected would be channeled to the Company for the running of the activities.

On 7th January this year, we had our first annual recruitment drive in First Toa Payoh Primary School.
We thank God for the overwhelming response from the students. From this recruitment drive, 35 new Boys had signed up for this CCA, thus making the Company's strength to a total of 51 Boys.

A combined welcome party with The Girls' Brigade (16th Company) for all the new Boys and Girls (recruits) was organized. Everyone enjoyed themselves during the games and they had a sumptuous meal together.
The Captain and Officers would like to thank all the parents who had contributed the food.

All the Officers and Boys rededicated their service during our Company Annual Enrolment Service on the 24th March 2002.
35 new Boys were also enrolled into the company. Following that was an awards presentation with a total of 8 Boys being promoted to their next higher rank.
